The villa is located in Montefiore dell'Aso, in the province of Ascoli Piceno, and consists of a main building and a cozy annex.
Villa Montefiore has two floors connected by an internal staircase. The spacious rooms, carefully selected furniture and a beautiful wooden beamed ceiling give the building a cozy and comfortable atmosphere.

The main building contains a spacious hall with a small seating area with sofas. Further from the hall you will find a service bathroom and a larger professional kitchen, previously used for restaurant business. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, stove, kettle and coffee maker. From the kitchen a door leads directly out to the terrace with a table and some chairs, a pleasant outdoor dining area with a view of the beautiful garden.

On the ground floor of Villa Montefiore there is a small living room with a bookcase, and another larger room with two beautiful wooden tables, sofas and satellite TV. Here there is a glass door leading directly to the back of the building.

The staircase is located by the main entrance and leads directly to the second floor. There are:

 

• Two double bedrooms, each with its own shower room

• Triple room consisting of a double room and a joining single room

• Triple room II, also consisting of a double and single room

Both triple rooms have a private bathroom with a shower, and each room has its own balcony.
The annex, located next to the villa, contains two apartments containing:

 

• Apartment with a living room with kitchen, a bedroom with double bed and single bed and a bathroom with shower;

• Apartment with living room and kitchenette and a double room and bathroom with shower.

The bedrooms are equipped with mosquito nets on the windows.

 

The outside

The villa is located not far from the village of Montefiore dell'Aso, in a quiet setting surrounded by beautiful nature and agricultural areas with fruit, sunflower fields, vines and olive groves. The house has a large beautiful garden surrounded by hedges that provide shelter and privacy.

 

Behind the villa there is a large courtyard with a small table and chairs, various sofas and a barbecue.

A path winds from the main house to the beautiful fenced swimming pool, which is surrounded by a large sun terrace with several sun loungers and parasols.

Near the garden there is also a beautiful (unlit) tennis court.
